If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card, contact Customer Support immediately. eGift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase. If you provide proper proof of purchase, any remaining balance on your eGift Card can be re-issued to you on a new gift card. eGift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
