Old Navy Gift Card Replacement Details
Lost or Stolen gift cards will be replaced with the original sales receipt or gift receipt. Only the remaining balance will be replaced.

Actually Cait, you can check your balance online or use the automated phone system. If there is a problem with the card number you punch in on the automated phone system, it might transfer you to a live person, but I've checked lots of balances on Old Navy gift cards and never had to talk to a live person. Not any trouble at all.

Its a nice gift card don't get me wrong, But in order to check the balance on the gift card, you have to talk to a representitive. Its just a hastle and too much work.
