No Help
You can not check the balance...followed their instructions kept getting error message. Now account reads "locked".
Called the phone support number and it will not recognize the 16 digit number on card.
Card is issued by US Bank...call hangs up without the "correct" 16 digit number.
Results: Absolutely no help, balance is still unknown and of course it can not be used for over the balance so i'm kinda left in the dark here. Thanks for nothing!

Disappointed
Card was paid for by giver but there is a penalty non-use. Did not use the card at all and have lost 16.00 of value.
