I ordered a visa gift card with a photo of my friend on it for her birthday. When I received the card it looked great, but I noticed that I made a huge mistake and spelled her last name wrong on the card. I emailed to see if anything could be done and the owner of the company actually replied to me at 10pm at night and said he'd have it taken care of. I had a new card in hand within 4 days at no extra charge. I love to see when a business owner goes above and beyond to take care of their customers.
