Great Customer Service
I was given the card by a company that I do business with. I was told that it did not expire. I carried it in my wallet for too long I guess. I checked balance and was told there was no balance on the card. I should have used it sooner, but did not realize that I had to. I felt that this was misleading and contacted Bass Pro Shops.
They immediately corrected the problem in the most professional way possible. They made sure that I was "Completely Satisfied" I highly recommend their gift card and the company. Thanks Bass Pro Shops! You are indeed THE GREAT AMERICAN OUTDOOR STORE.
